The original home was lost in the 2007 Witch Creek Fire. The house pad was completely relocated on the property and nestled within the remaining old oak trees. It features strong, energy efficient ICF construction, solar electricity, and spray Icynene insulation. Alder cabinets were used throughout the home, and custom transom windows were built over the interior doors to resemble those the client had seen in older homes. Beautiful wood flooring and stone on the fireplace created a very warm craftsmen style feel to the home.
