Freeman's Construction, Inc. began this 5,100 sq ft project as a speculative home, but before breaking ground, the lot was sold. We entered into a Design-Build Agreement with the homeowner and created a home specifically for them. It features many custom designer touches such as beautiful stonework and an underground wine cellar with a custom iron door. The great room has a large Liftside sliding pocket glass door that opens to the outdoor barbeque, zero edge pool, and tennis courts.
