This client's original home was lost in the 2007 Witch Creek fire. For the rebuild, the lot was thoughtfully redesigned and graded to access mountain views and provide more privacy for the homeowners. Knotty Alder cabinets, granite and marble counter tops, and Viking appliances grace the new 3,400 sq ft home. Fire resistant and energy efficient materials were used throughout the house.
